We have always focused on the health and safety of our athletes and coaches. Our approach to reopening after the COVID-19 closure will be no different.

Instead of spending our leisure time reading strength and conditioning journal articles we have shifted our focus to researching the best information available on COVID-19.
Here is what you can expect. We will continue to update these plans as information becomes available.
Updated July 2, 2020
NEW ENTRY PROCEDURES
Prior to entry at Peak Condition, you must be able to answer NO to the following Questions:
1) Have you experienced cough, fever, sore throat or shortness of breath in the last 24 hours?
2) Have you recently been tested for COVID-19 or been in contact with a suspected or COVID-19 positive individual (in the last two weeks)?
Wash or sanitize hand when entering and leaving.
Athletes and Coaches will be required to wear face coverings.
TRAIN SAFE
Initially, 5 athletes will be allowed to train at once. This is 8 times greater than the CDC and Oregon Health Authority space guidelines. Athletes will pick up and handle their own weights and equipment as much as possible.
To limit contact be aware of our primary training locations within Peak Condition. These locations allow for at least 8 ft of social distancing.
We encourage you to bring a full water bottle with you.
CLEANER FACILITY
A clean and organized facility has always been important to us, but now it is more important than ever. Reopening will include enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocols. We will be using Prokure and Re-Juv-Nal both EPA-approved cleaning solution to thoroughly clean the facility.
In addition to a “Use it Clean it” policy for the athletes, each afternoon we deep clean and disinfect the facility.
OUR PROMISE
You can count on all of us at Peak Condition to be honest and transparent in our approach to dealing with COVID-19. This is a novel experience for us all and we can’t thank you enough for your patience, immense support, and encouragement.
