Adult Fitness Fundamentals
As an adult, your training experience starts with a 2-week introduction. We offer two weeks of unlimited training because frequency is instrumental in learning your training program.

Student Training
Student athletes are busy, and we know unlimited training does not work well with their schedule. However, they still benefit from an introduction period while they learn their new training program.
