On April 1, 2018, Peak Condition will introduce individualized nutrition coaching for 15 athletes.


Your Nutrition Plan” is a 3-month nutrition program designed to help you set realistic goals that work with your lifestyle.

During the 3 months, we will work together to help identify the challenges you face when it comes to food and behaviors. Encourage healthy change, and help you stay motivated.


There are many fad diets currently being promoted by healthcare professionals like Paleo, Keto, Mediterranean, Intermittent Fasting, Whole30, and more.

Usually, these diets are unsustainable and not for everyone – they encourage restriction of entire food groups or limit caloric intake. No one diet fits everyone and we do not promote any one diet.

Your Nutrition Plan will let us work together to create balance in your diet without unwanted limits or restrictions. This plan is all about what works best for your lifestyle and tastes while still maintaining and promoting healthy behaviors.

Making dietary changes can be a frustrating process and knowing which route to take can be very confusing. Your Nutrition Plan identifies your most challenging obstacles and breaks them down into a 3 month program, setting you up for long-term success.

Properly fueling your body is key to overall health. Our program provides nutrition coaching to athletes and exercises and will develop practices that shape their eating habits, athletic goals and enhance performance.

You are what you eat and what you eat affects the way you perform. Working together we will figure out the best approach to reach your health and fitness goals and ultimately make you feel and look better.
