Peak Condition is a private personal training studio at 615 SE Clay Street, in the Central Eastside near Hawthorne and Ladd's Addition. It's for adults who take training seriously and stay with it for years.

Getting here.

There is free street parking around the studio, and most people park within a block. Mornings are quiet, so a spot is rarely a problem. If you bike, there is room to lock up out front.

Most of our members live within about five miles: inner Southeast, Hawthorne, Buckman, Sunnyside, Sellwood, Ladd’s Addition, and close-in neighborhoods across the river.

Where is Peak Condition?

615 SE Clay Street, in inner Southeast Portland. It sits in the Central Eastside, a few minutes from Hawthorne, Ladd's Addition, and the OMSI district. It's a private studio, by appointment.

Is there parking?

Yes. There is free street parking around the studio, and most people find a spot within a block. Early mornings are the easiest.

What are your hours?

Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Other times open up now and then. Ask.

What kind of training happens here?

Personal training in a small group. One coach, everyone on their own strength program, and you're never anonymous. It isn't a class and it isn't an open gym.

What it costs.

Monthly, with no long contracts. Most members train two or three times a week, starting at $392 a month.
