Personal training that's actually personal.
A private studio in Southeast Portland where you follow your own program, with the same coach every session and just a small group in the room. Never a crowded gym floor, never a drop-in.
“The strength training I receive here is excellent. It’s personalized, but not in your face. They really LISTEN to what you want and need and then truly explain how things work.”
Your own program, not a class.
Everyone in the room is doing something different, because everyone has a program written for their body. No one is calling reps from the front. The coach moves through the room, watching individuals, not running a class. It’s the attention of personal training without the price of a private hour.
The same coach every session.
Not whoever is on shift. The same coach, who watched you move before writing a single exercise and knows exactly where you are. When your form drifts or your left side starts covering for the right, someone sees it in the moment.
Small on purpose. You are never anonymous.
The group stays small, so no one gets lost. A new program every month, built on what your body actually did the month before. No crowds. No waiting for equipment. No drop-ins.
Who it's for.
Adults who take training seriously and want real coaching, not a gym membership and a guess. Many have trained before, some are working around an old injury, and most are here for the long run.
What keeps them here.

Common questions.
Is this one-on-one training?
It's a small group, and everyone is on their own program written for them. You get individual coaching and attention without the price of a private one-on-one hour. We describe it honestly: private studio, your own plan, a coach who knows you, never a class.
Is it a gym I can drop into?
No. It's a private studio, by appointment only. No memberships, no open gym, no walking in to do your own thing. You come in for coached sessions with the same coach who knows exactly where you are.
How much does private personal training cost here?
Monthly, with no long contracts. Most members train two or three times a week, starting at $392 a month.
